Mandy Danzan joined Yoav Astman’s team to bring yet another level of luxury real estate expertise. Mandy is best known for her calm and easy manner. She prides herself on her clear, authentic, and transparent communication style, putting her clients at ease, understanding their needs and objectives while delivering results. With a sharp eye and attention to detail, delivering for her clients is at the forefront of her work. Mandy brings with her a wealth of knowledge from her two decades of experience managing “big-player” political, corporate, and philanthropic programs. She has worked with numerous C-suite executives, entertainment luminaries, global leaders, and policy makers to implement systemic change. She has held sought-after positions at the White House, a National Presidential Committee, and acted as a main point of contact between High-Net-Worth Individuals and the United States President, Vice-President, and several Members of Congress. Mandy is articulate with a prowess for negotiating. She has honed her craft into a seamless approach for her clients; working with Sellers, Buyers, and Investors. Mandy is a native Angeleno having watched the evolution of the real estate market from the ’80s, ’90s, till now. She grew up in the Valley and knows these streets like the back of her hand. She works primarily in the Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Agoura, West Hills, Woodland Hills, and Tarzana areas.
